Hello can someone help me with this issue? I received a few weeks ago that the 'proftpd' of my server went down‏. I tried to contact my server provider but didnt got a reply back until today. He said that he doesn't have any experiences with proftp. The problem is that I can't login to some of my sites trough ftp and somehow also can't chmod the files to 777. It turns back to 755 and it's pretty enoying because I have to upload like 100 pictures on one time and I have to login to directadmin to set to 777 again. I don't have any experiences with ssh so if anyone wants I'm looking for someone who wants to resolve to problem for me. I'm willing to pay money for it.

why do you want your pictures 777?

not the pictures the file where the pictures are in it. I just want that I can login trough ftp again. Also, I just created a new domain and it doesn't work and can't login to it trough ftp as well.

Need more details on this.. :-)
