They sent me a free t-shirt and I've only had a delayed response once, a poor response another time in which I just contacted a PayPal person here at WHT through which I've received good, quick responses every time.

So I don't have any problems with them whatsoever.

Free stuff is good. I also like the commentary on the Forbes.com site listed above.

Nevertheless, they make tons of money and will be here for a while.

heh, got two free shirts myself

I like them. They've always been handy for person transactions, and no troubles - not to downplay the fact that some people have had real issues with them though.

They sent me a t-shirt and called me personally to ask if I wanted in on their IPO....

Hmmm, it was shortly after I turned down the offer that our business account, which had been a long standing positive cash flow for them, had been restricted due to a mistake on their part, which they admitted in these forums and almost $200 was removed by them which to this day I've received no reason as to why the money was kept. That T-Shirt got pretty expensive in the end.

When I stop seeing articles like the one above and start seeing PayPal successfully move forward with their wonderful idea, while not harming so many innocents, I'll begin to proudly promote...until then I repeat:
