Hello to every one I am Here To Seek advice on the best way to forward my Clan
We Are A gaming Community looking to change to a new web host that allows me to connect to MYSQL data base via external connection. I will Explain Why this is so important or may be some one can tell me a different way to do it. Our Game Servers Need to be able to send information back to our web site for the purpose of keeping in game stats and reproducing them in to our forums to create a leaders board the host we are currently with dose not allow this .As we grow we will be adding more game servers witch have there own server and we do not need to put the games on to the server with the web site .We just need to be able to send the information from our servers to the web site the plugin that allows this spreadsheet to be compiled can be found here at Allied Modders L4D Stats Coop Thread I would Have put up a link but I do not think it will allow it
As you can see the Author of this software states that you need to have External connections required if your MySQL server is not on the same system witch is not
So I am here to seek advice as to witch Host allow this so I can take my clan and it’s web site and host it with that company Many thanks
