I moved three of my domains to a new reseller site and after six days they have not propagated yet. Tech support says the problem is my ISP and I need to ask the to do a DNS flush; my ISP says its not on their end. Nobody can see my domains so it can't be on my end. What could the problem be?

You can query any name server on the net (including the root) with a UNIX dig command and see whose name servers have which records. If you dont have access to a UNIX shell then you can use an online dig gateway like the one at:
http://www.spacereg.com/a.rpl?m=dig
The only reason your records will not propagate is because you are using a name server as a resolver or cache when it is in fact an authoritative name server.

Consider using OpenDNS's dns servers instead of your local isp's servers. This could help you in the mean time:

Thanks, I took a look at the site, its way above my level of knowledge. I think its best I just move my sites as I didn't have a problem at my prior host.

I don't know what I am suppose to be looking for, but I plugged in my domain that has not propagated and it showed the correct nameservers.
Also did a ping and traceroute as somebody else suggested and no results were returned.

If the query on the dig gateway returned the correct name servers but local queries dont then either your new records have yet to propagate or your local name cache is mis-configured (probably acting as an authoritative name server)

I moved of the domains to another hosting account I have and it propagated after 5 hours, I'm going to have to move them all and forget about trying to find out what the problem is with the domains not propagating where they are now.

Hi Dori1975,
You'll find that some hosts have a lengthier propogation time due to how their DNS is set. This is to reduce the load caused by DNS refreshes that are too frequent and is usually something a host would do to cut costs. This is most likely what you've encountered so its probably best that you moved away.
