hello everyone,I need suggestion of windows vps.I am looking for vps that has very fast and good upload speed (not download),budget is about $30-50,I don't need much space,5 Gb if fine.Currently I am using windows vps that has average upload speed 100kb/s,server in US.So I really would like to move to other service if there's any host that meet my criteria.
Also I would like to ask,which one is good between windows vps US and windows vps UK in terms of speed of data transfer?

all depends on where you are if you are wanting fast upload from you to vps buy one in same country as u then you should get your full upload speed

It sounds like the 100kb/s are the upstream from your home connection. Normally the servers in a DC are connected in a synchronous way so you have the same up and downstream.
