Between the three from experience, I would go with MediaTemple. I didn't have any problems with them.

my criteria is high performance for multimedia.
web.com says we have dedicated performance ,clustered platform
what about reliability of media temple?

what exactly you mean by multimedia hosting...
Since I joined webhostingtalk, I have heard bad things about networksolutions... so based on those threads, I would suggest you to stay away from them..
Not sure about media temple and web.com ...

not sure about podcast but hosts like downtownhost (http://www.downtownhost.com) offer ffmpeg streaming for videos.. may be it helps..

You don't necessarily need FFMPEG support for simple streaming. In addition to what Kaumil asked, what are your space/bandwidth requirements / budget?

For just hosting podcasts you might want to look at a CDN. If they are just downloadable files then look at Amazon's stuff.

I would be interested in knowing what your actual usage would be. $30/month is a pretty low budget for the space and bandwidth you're looking for.
