Right now, our circuit from Steadfast is down which is causing a temporary outage for approximately 90 customers (our HE circuit is online). We are presently on hold with Steadfast to get the ticket escalated, and thank you for your patience.

We are now off the phone with Steadfast, and they are looking into it. We are waiting on a fix or response from Steadfast on when a fix will be available.

We have provided additional information to Steadfast's network engineering staff, and they are looking into fixing the issue. No ETA yet though.

We are still debugging the cause of the issue, but we lost VLAN line protocol on our routing appliance. After some debugging and review of logs, we decided to try powercycling the appliance, which caused us to get line protocol back on Vlan229. At that point, everything went back to normal.
You were quite helpful in debugging the issue from Steadfast's side, and I thank you for your assistance there. Hopefully we don't ever see this bug pop up again.
