Hi all, I have spent about 8 hours on the site looking for info on Merchant solution for high risk. Really excellent.
I am about to start up a dreaded online pharmacy. Will have top website, good customer assistance, no narcotics or restricted items - just 30 meds in fact. Some lab tested by independent university assay (shows generic exactly the same as brand). Will sell to world wide. Company incorporated in Seychelles - Barclays bank account there (personal only). Needless to say though, high risk for merchant banking services (and I am a start up - excellent credit rating though)
I looked at Veripay seemed OK until I see only Visa accepted. Mixed feedback for GSPAY and a couple of others. Only a few posts on Durango though (who are recommended by CDG) and nothing negative so far on Google. Understand 7% the norm this end of town.
Much appreciate your inputs and happy new year.
JK

Durango might have a solution for your business and they are good. They have been in business for many years and have a large network of processors to work with.
However I don't know if they can take on pharmacy business.
In any case as Failsafe already mentioned, then it will only be Visa card processing and alternatives to credit cards. Mastercard has closed for the processing of pharmacy business, if you find someone that can offer you a solution for both cards, RUN it wil end up badly for you.

Thanks guys - now I understand why I am getting only Visa offers. I assume the pharmacies who offer Mastercard at moment got in before MC got out of phamacies. So, aside from Visa - what other payment options could I offer customers.

Anyone offering MC for pharmacy is breaching MC rules and will be subject for huge fines.

I tried but it seems you have not enabled this function on your side. Feel free to email sales(at)failsafepayments.com if you want to reach us.

Durango is just a RESELLER and they will just charge you a lot of money and then pass you to someone else. Do some research and get to the source.

Intabill and Instabill
Both Specialize in High Risk Merchant Accounts
Intabill is down and have been that way for a long time.
Instabill(sounds similar but different) might be what your looking for. Depending on your past merchant history(if you have one) they might want to see seasoned funds in your bank account(basically a couple of months of bank statements showing you have funds in/coming in and out/etc)

Thanks to Mark and Lux there. I have done more research and it seems a very hard ask (finding a decent Merchant for such risky businesses), with good reason I understnd. Of the co's offering, none are blemish free of course, but Fail Safe and PS Bill have few, if any, negatives of late. But then, they will pass you on to a 3rd party anyway. Makes one want to just go direct deposit or other method.

Is true that Durango is a reseller, but it is defiantly not the case that they are much more expansive than any other, my experience with them is they are honest people and if the rates or fees are to high for you they will try find someone else that can help.

Resellers / agents. It is like dealing with a mortgage broker or travel agency. Leave it to the experts that is why they do what they do. They have more options! My offshore provider Stradafee is excellent. Give them a call. I am sure they can help.
