Need VPN w/Dedicated IP addresses located in Houston

I have been searching hours and hours on Google for a VPN that lets me pick IP addresses from specific locations (in this case Houston, TX) to access my EPN accounts. All the VPN providers just say the country or don't have servers in houston. Does anyone know of a VPN provider that has what I need? Dynamic IP is ok too, as long as it's in Houston. Thank you!

I'm not sure of any companies that have servers in Houston. I know one that have a server in the Softlayer datacenter in Dallas. The provider I am with is in Los Angeles...

Your best bet would be to email/contact providers to ask for such a list. You can start out by searching on google for data centers located in Houston, Texas. Then contact the data center in question and ask for a list of dedicated resellers.
I've also seen numerous providers with DCs in Houston here at WHT but I haven't been lucky with the in-house search engine.
