I was customer by this Company,first, with one Server, and than we ordered a second server. The second Server we canceld and this company terminated both Server. Since this night the Servers are down. The first Server has billing cyrcle 14. of a Month and was terminated 29.12.2008..this is a great business..We have over 36 customer on this server, and all our customer lost there Pages and data..Backup can not be created, the Server is down.
The Support answering me the following:
It looks like when you canceled a server this one got canceled as well. What we can do is setup a new one for you.
It great Business that they can setup a new Server..wooooowww...and can you restore the Data from my customer?
All my customer of this Server would like to charge back her Money and this very professional Company says, they can setup a new server..wonderfull professionel Business!
Does anybody know an Serverhoster with the same Servers and prices, but a little bit professionaler?
