    Crissic Down

    I had a reseller on crissic, LLC
    Since 10 hours ago, it down and the support isn't reply my tickets.
    I have thousand clients that angry with me. I try to call 1-877-677-8889, that belong to Crissic office, but no one answer.
    I need help to contact the support, is there a Skylar's friends here? Please contact him about that.

    Crissic.com is loading for me well, so it would be likely that you are on a secondary server which is good. I hope after you are submitting your support tickets that you are waiting for a response, in most ticket systems when you update a ticket it goes back down to the bottom of the queue.

    CrissicSolutions is finished and it's only a matter of time until their website no longer works. First it was a VPS node, then a reseller server... it's all going down the drain while Skylar (CrissicKid) sits on the sidelines and watches without a care in the world.
    Take a look at this:http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=743350
    Good luck, really, because you're probably going to need it...

    @MikeDVB:
    Can you PM me what is your server IP on Crissic? I think we are not in same server.
    @Pat H:
    I plan to moving all my account to LaneHost.com 2 days ago. I just think like that since his reply for my VPS is takes a long time.

    Its a very unfortunate situation for all Crissic clients and hopefully Skylar addresses these issues!

    I believe Mike is not a customer of Crissic, but is merely commenting on their main site loading.
    Please let us know how it goes. This appears to be a quickly sinking ship.

    That's the traceroute from my VPS on UmbraHosting. It seems that whole server is down, not only DNS problem.
    Any possibility that he doesn't pay the server then the DC shut it down? If yes, how we can got our data back?

    It certainly is a possibility, anything is possible really.
    It the DC shut the server down I don't know if you'd have much luck getting your data, but the sooner you asked the more likely you would be to get a favorable response.

    That does appear to be the case. It does look like Crissic ran into some sort of trouble and their data center pulled the plug on the server.
    Until Crissic gets this resolved, there isn't anything that you can do.
