Hello everyone, i'm looking for a linux vps with the following requirements,I can only spend $30 per month:
• allow adult content
• the Created VPN PROXY (personal use)
• 256Meg – 512Meg Dedicated RAM
• IP Address：1 to 2
• 10gb disk space or more
• 300gb bandwitch or more

Don't know of any providers that allow that stuff. As Mike suggested, you might want to narrow it down. With a list of names it would help us pick the best out of that.

Your budget is kind of low for the type of specs your requesting. I am sure that you could find a host, but it wouldn't be that reliable.

Actually, if you check VPS offers forum section http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=104 you might notice that there's more and more similair or same specs for 10 - 20$, it just depend from control panel price and in your case what individual hosts allow (proxies, adult content...) so there's pretty realistic to get decent one for 30$.
Keep an eye on upcoming Xmas/new year special promotions
When you find "your" VPS candidates on vps offers board section, return to this part of board (or use function: search) to find potential reviews about candidate hostings. You may also google their names and read additional reviews, because many from them, specially those "too good to be true" newbs come here with great promises but vanish in next few months - so be careful what you chose.

I've tried a large number of lets say "very inexpensive" VPS providers and a very large percentage of them were not worth it IMHO. Of course if you don't have high expectations then some of them could be reasonable. I'm not saying there aren't any bargains to be had out there with quality hosts who have a quality product/support for a great price, you just have to take your time and do your research.
And do search the offers section there are more then a few good holiday offers that would get you something in your range. Your harder task is to find someone that allows the features you require.
