sphere web hosting and helping hand web host

Very interesting, as I was trying to find a new host and trying to get to know the companies, I guess that I have contacted about 100 of the companies for information and only but only 2 companies would not be possible to reach in anyway. They have no live chat, no any kind of possible way to get in touch. You may say "why don't you e-mail them?" Yes I did and I actually e-mailed them at least 5 times each and these 2 companies still did not turn back to me for the e-mails I have sent them in last 20 days. These companies are "Helping hand host" and "sphere web hosting". So I would appreciate any information of the users of these 2 hosts regarding their magento support and their response to their paying clients as I am sure they just ignore their prospect clients firmly. Thank you all

What other information would you like to know about them? If I were you, I would assume that they are no good, and work with one of the other 98 providers to which you've already reached out.

Yes, that is what I am doing. But don't you think that everybody has a right to learn what I have learnt from my research ? Thanks for the response anyway.

Yes, indeed. Thank you for sharing that information. You seemed like you wanted more information on them, though - figured I would help you out. Good luck in your continuing search.

Cekom, you say you've e-mailed us 5 times. I find it hard to believe that you never received a response. Looking at your other posts I would say you're out to bash the competition. You make a post with negative information and your freind The Stealthy One responds to it...
Interesting.

Haha, I am certainly not his friend. Just replying and trying to be welcoming to a new member. Of course, I have no opinion one way or the other, just thanked him for his information and recommended that if his described experience is true, other hosts may be a better choice. In no way am I intending to hurt your business.
Cheers, mate.

Really I have first time ever a member to any fourm in my life. And really I have sent you at leats 5 e-mails. I do not work for any company. On my other post I have written something good about AH web hosting though I did not purchase anything, any service from them. I have no interest in bashing the competition in anyway..... But I wished that you would be progressive and make it up with good information instead of just trying to show my post as a kind of scam... I see no reason for myself to say any lie or any negative word for you and for your company. I told the truth and if you do not believe me you can go to your website and try it just like a prospect customer. Also anyone who read this post, they could try for themselves if any interest to them.

I did as you suggested. The contact form is working as it should and the test was received. You can PM me with your contact details and I'll be happy to help you anyway I can. Thanks.

After my third attempt I found the Contact Form. It was at the bottom. I was looking where it said "Support".

If anyone goes to a website and at the top they see "Support" and they wish to contact support then of course they'd go there. I think that Sphere Hosting should make an sales department and guest can submit an sales ticket that way.
But I'm sure the founder did it for a reason.

Sorry for any confusion. The Contact link has also been added to the main menu. This is a new site design that just went live this past week and your input is very helpful!

BTW I have contacted sphere web hosting now through their contact forum and got an answer in about 5-10 minutes. So I am giving the fault to their new site design and I guess they are reviewing their design. So this is an update about Sphere became reachable for me. yet to see what happens with Helping Hand Host. I've read many threads about these 2 companies and if not 100 at least 90% were good things about them.
