I ordered a VPS from ConnectSwitch earlier after having talked to sales staff and agreeing upon a great custom package. My server was up within 3 minutes of paying the invoice, faster than the email from PayPal confirming that I had sent money.
Very early days yet, but so far I am impressed with the speed and quality of service. I will post a review in the VPS forum in a month or so when I have a site setup so it can be verified, and I have had chance to settle in.
