btw....I should also point out that this template was specifically designed in comparison with I3 Optic as per client request. I should also point out that I3 Optic does not own that computer image. It can be found on the net, much like any other industry artwork.
Then you have one heck of a lawsuit against some people. I've seen that exact image on at least 2 dozen other sites, and would be more than happy to post them in another thread as I re-locate them. I should also point out that the depiction of an iMac or any Apple/Mac product, unless showing compatibility is a copyright infringement all in itself.

Both of those designs were done for the same company. It's obvious that there will be similarities. You can't change a companies hosting plans and marketing text. sheeeez!
As for the computer. I have said this once and now again. That computer was not stolen. It is in WIDE use all over the net, and I CAN prove it, directly before tipping off Mac's legal dept, for someone claiming the rights to an image of an iMac.
