Hi. I wouldn't deal with the company, which hosts illegal things and thinking the way it should be ok. They feel completely comfortable to host abusive images of kids (at the on-topic community, which are spammers also) and saying like they're not afraid of anything.
But the choice is up to You!

Not that we are aware of. Customers with servers which are down can open a ticket at our helpdesk or reboot their server in their controlpanel.
