Any providers that allow torrents?

Hello,
Are there any quite cheap Dedicated Server providers that allow torrents on their servers? I'm not talking here about ub3r h4x0r torrents with games and such.
But it could happen since I want to sell Shell accounts for torrent download/upload, so the company policy towards that should not be anything like a reactivation fee, rather a notice so I can take care of the problem ASAP.
Thanks,
Adam.

Go from some EU providers like LeaseWeb. Chances are you are going to have to proactively remove illegal content, since a host will only warn you a few times, or they will get in trouble too for hosting you.

I was also thinking about OVH, but I heard they're not so great and that it's good mainly for France residents, since the speed outside isn't so good... that's why I was thinking about some USA providers.

USA will not be cheaper when it comes to large bandwidth commitments, as opposed to Europe. It depends exactly what you require though.

I don't need a great CPU, nor too much RAM.. I need a LOT of bandwidth and Drive Space... and a good connection, any recommendations? My budget is around 100 Euro/ 130 USD for a start.

There are plenty of hosts that allow torrents, just check the offers section. There are a few hosts that specialize in torrent serving, even offering discounts for off-hours usage.

What do you guys think about BurstNET/Nocster?
I didn't see anything regarding torrent/peer-to-peer prohibited...

I think they're terrible. Do a search for the word "burst" in the network outage forum.

<< I think they're terrible. Do a search for the word "burst" in the network outage forum. >>
Our network is rock-solid since our recent upgrades. To be fair, you cannot even compare against past network performance, as it is a COMPLETELY new network we are running now, as we replaced/rebuilt it from the ground up with all new gear (Cisco 6500-series). We just have a little bit more maintenance to do with replacing some older aggregation switch over next 2-3 weeks....and are about 50% done with that portion already. Once that is done, the only pieces of equipment that will exist from the old legacy network will be our Top Layer DDOS gear, and the distribution switches that the servers themselves connect to to uplink to the aggregation switches.
Between the network and our billing system, those were two biggest complaints with our operations---and we just brought a new billing/ordering system live last week, so that addresses both "formerly" problematic issues! :-)

Though sometime ago when I had a proxy on my servers you deactivated it and wanted a $50 reactivation fee without any prior notice... But before that I was quite happy, that's why I'm considering going back to you.
