I have found the best host!

I was searching about the internet for a new webhost and I came upon these two companies:

    • C I H O S T
    • Localhost

I wasn't sure which one to signup with, I hadn't heard anything bad about Localhost so I thought I would give it a try - besides they are a free host!

    Pros -

100% uptime. Well as far as I could tell they were always running when I was on the PC.
The servers are not very crowded. From what I could see - I was the only person using the whole server at the time! Now that is a bargain!
They also give you full root access so you can do whatever you want on the hosting account
Cons -

Some of my friends said that they could not access the server at night - usually between midnight and nine am. I think that they are just jealous because they are with rip off hosts who you have to pay! As I said whenever I have been on the PC every time I have checked localhost have been up! That's impressive in my books!
My major gripe is that they don't seem to answer technical queries - I tried support@localhost but they never replied. I suppose I can't expect everything so I guess i'll just have to do it myself.
I am in no way affiliated with localhost before some of you flame me as a troll. (that would be messy!)

My site is http://Desktop and You can ping my IP of 127.0.0.1

I strongly advise that you host with localhost as they are better than any paid host I have ever used.

Next week I will try out C I H O S T as I am interested to see what such a cheap host can do for me. They do look a bit like they are run by school kids which worries me though.

    lightnin.

Perhaps we are using host headers? The server I am on with localhost is running Windows XP Pro - is the one you're on? I assume we are sharing an IP.

Well, you may be getting service from localhost for free...but not me!
Seems most of my money goes into it!
Although I do share the account with one woman and an 11 yr old girl. I've been thinking of switching, but I'm kinda
spoiled with the service they provide.

I never thought this thread would turn out so funny!

I'm not banned - it's my custom title

What's best about localhost is that my laptop works on it even when I am out and about! Now that's service

EDIT: Made it easier to understand i'm not banned heh!

All that matters to me is that I get sweet pings no matter what side of the world I am on. I want to know who their network providers are!
