Hi,
Ensim does not sell control panels directly to users. They sell a system that allows hosters to deliver the control panels to private servers. If you are looking to host somewhere then you'll have to ask around in the advertising section of this board.
I get mine from forsite.net but I know there are others like olm, superb, hostcentric, web 2010, datapipe, cybertitans and more.. I'm sure there are many more but Ensim seems to be host netural and not advertise many of their hosters.

This looks really nice, and the pricing is really good:
10-Domain License $99 USD
250-Domain License $599 USD
Unlimited-Domain License $999 USD
The Ensim guy has been bugging us for a couple of months, its deifinately worth a look. And maybe we can throw our Cobalt on E-Bay .

interesting... ensim is selling their control panel, at last! Now... Hopefully CPanel/WHM will do the same... instead of having people pay monthly (and so much, especially if the server is not hosted with VDI), I hope Cpanel/WHM would be for sale the way ensim is right now.
It is just me or what... I tried to find the terms about this unlimited domain licese, could not find it on their homepage. Now, I am sure that this unlimited domain license is for each server? Personally, I would not buy the unlimited domains license. If I need more than 250 domains, I will buy another licence for 250 domains since I would most put about 300 domains top on each server....
BTW, JBLITZ18, would you please email me? I want to ask you about how can you use/buy their ServerXchange software....
cheers,

Not sure if I like tne Ensim control panel, It kinda looks to have the same features of a RaQ's control panel, just a neater layout.

Ensim
It looks like finally ensim is playing ball with there panel.
There going to be the first company out there to offer a great panel for all OS's.
I would have to say that 250 domains would probably be a max on any server.
Overall there website is looking pretty good. Ensim is now a cost effective solution.

One of my websites is powered by an Ensim CP and I don't really think it's that cool.
Where are the really important user management options?
Why do we have to buy seperate software for these kind of functions?
I am talking about when a users signed in and how long his contratc is and wich package he uses and automatice invoices and that kind of stuff.
For me the ensim CP doesn't mean much and I still prefer raw telnet or free WEBMIN over these kind of CP's
It's just the same as the others. Just basic stuff and nothing more. I still have to buy additional software wich is expensive but could be standard without any problem ;-(

It looks like they did get their design inspiration from the raq but who cares.
AS far as billing goes CP/WHM is **** for that anyway so that is not much different. But I did notice some things that are sorely missing.
1. For one thing there is no way to store which ip's you have assigned to the server so when you create a new account all you have to do select the ip from a drop down box.
2. Also I see no way of creating sub domains.
3. And lastly there is no way to have normal resellers from what I can tell.

Well, it is quite easy to create Ip's and store sub domains.
In regards to storing IP's i simple excel spreadsheet works.
In regards to a resellers panel, creating private servers gets you into a different market all together.
The panel is the best on the market, but does have some flaws.

I thought creating private servers was just on the serverxchange and not the standalone LS?
Also with the private server method how would you keep track of what your reseller has sold and I sure don't want a reseller being able to mess with server configurations even if it only affects their part.
Also what bugs have you found?

Can anyone tell me if there will ever be just 1 control panel that will make everyone happy? I think not, but not because someone does not try. But because there are too many know-it-alls that want to control every bit of the server from the command prompt and the control panel. What everyone forgets is that the control-panel is for the end customer ease of use.. not for your ease of use.
just my 2 cents
