Hi,
Sorry to post this in here its only because im not sure on where to post it so i have done it in the big one.
This is meant to either the moderators/admins or long time users. Would it be against the rules to put a contact email like msn in your signature ?

Anyways, the answer to your question lies in rules.php .
Yes, you can, 2 linkable URLs. However I see no point as you can just add that in your user profile.
