Host for my first proxy website

Hey guys my name is gangster33 and i'm new here.
This is my first time owning a website and in this case, i would like to put Glype proxy and some ads on it.
So which host should i choose.
I was considering TMZhosting for $5.99/month. 110gb/month.
How does that sound?
Any better hosts for around this price?
BTW i already registered a domaine at godaddy.com

Don't do it on shared hosting. It's a BAD BAD idea, you will get booted . Even on a VPS many hosts aren't so fond of having proxies as they often are used by criminals and therefore cause headaches.
My advice, don't start a proxy. But if you really really have to/want to go with a VPS minimum and make sure your host is OK with it.

They tell me that this is their starter "proxy" package, so i guess its designed to host proxies right?

I would recommend doing some research before making a final decision. You'll want to make sure that the host you choose allows proxy hosting. You wouldn't want to get into trouble, just because you did not read the host's terms of service agreement.
Good luck!

You only really need a dedicated IP for SSL purposes. It doesn't sound like you'd need it.
