Osicodes, terrible news this is.
I suggest to contact your registrar about this asap, wit the request to do everything what's in their power to get the domains transferred back.
Also, contact the new registrar and tell them about this.
From what I can see the domains are with Enom.com now.
I had a similar case a few years ago and managed to correct everything in the end with the help of Chrstine Graf at Enom christine.graf at enom.com and/or legal@enom.com
I am not sure whether she is still with Enom though, but worth trying.
Good Luck

Hello,
We have been in contact with Register.com but at this point they have said under the circumstances there is nothing they can do because all actions were done using a valid information to access our Register.com account.
It is amazing how people can strip away the domains and hijack the site and Register.com stating they don't have enough evidence.
How did you get your situation resolved? Did you primarily had to deal with Enom or your previous registrant? Register.com has all the evidence of change of password, change of admin email address, change of Security Question but yet they still conclude this to be valid transfer and suggest taking legal actions.
So I gather ultimately the new registrant has the power to revers the transfer?

This Quintet states the company was sold and the statement is untrue! OSI Codes Inc. and PHP Live! are both copyrighted by the United States Copyright Office and the domain names were fraudulently transferred off.
The Quintet has blocked all IP address at our location to access the forums to let users know what happened. We tried to post messages there only to be removed ASAP by them and then eventually our IP was blocked from accessing the site.
It is quite amazing how they accomplished this and we are still in the works to sort this out.
We have put a statement to notify the users at:
www PHPLiveSource com/hijack.php
and our new temporary domain name is:
PHPLiveSource com
What course of action can we take to get our domain names back? These hijacking company managed to strip out the website and also take our crucial domains. There are no record of transaction and transfer of business as OSI Codes Inc. is registered business of New York City.
Register.com, our previous registrant has been no help whatsoever despite they have mounding evidence our account was compromised. We need to find alternate solution and as mentioned here might have to deal with Enom directly.

Unfortunately, under the circumstance in which these transfers were carried out, there is nothing more we can do regarding this matter. Your only recourse in this matter may be to file legal action the person who executed these transfers.
Register.com respectfully disagrees with your contention that there is security flaw in Register.com's system. Please see Section 14 of the Service Agreement which reads in part:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that account and in connection with your use of the Service(s), and for any other actions taken in connection with a registered domain name, including those of your agents, assignees and other users to whom you give e-mail accounts associated with your domain name(s) ("E-mail Users"). You agree to notify Register.com immediately of any unauthorized uses of the account or any other breaches of security. You acknowledge and agree that Register.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from the failure to comply with this security obligation, from shared or unsecured user names and passwords, or for any acts or omissions, of you or any of your agents, assignees or E-Mail Users, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

The above is the email we received from Register.com stating there is nothing they can do despite they having proof our admin email was changed, password changed, Security Question changed along with other changes prior to the unauthorized domain name transfer.
Register.com has a security flaw in their system in that they verify identity over the phone by asking the "Security Question" answer. But this information can be changed once a user gains access to the account email. They do not have a previous "Security Question" verification prior to changing the information. This is crucial because Register.com uses the "Security Question" to validate many things over the phone, including TRANSFER of domain and issuing authorization code. Their records show this information was changed shortly before the unauthorized transfers! Yet they state there is nothing they can do but to press legal actions. I find this very alarming and lost credibility with Register.com, the company that I have been in business with for a very long time.

One of the main reasons why we are no longer using this product...

Greetings,
Not to be rude here but what's the point of posting this here. PHPLiveSupport pretty much has been non-existent for more than a few months now. Is this basically justification for the non-existance? I also note that there is a note about PHPLiveSupport being acquired by another company, is this valid?
