Exhibition ideas?

We've just committed to booth #401 and will be right by the entrance next to Cpanel. We're looking forward to planning everything out. What are some of the cool things vendors have done at exhibitions in the past year?

Booths tend to blend with each other at Exhibitions. I recently attended one that had a Wii set up on a large flat screen display, and everyone there lined up to test their skill at golf.

Hello, last time in Chicago someone was giving free ice-cream, it was nice, strawberry... yummm... you can give ice-cream with your logo in the cover paper, I'm sure everybody will read your brand name and taste the good quality Good luck!.

I dont know, everyone seemed to have video games last year. I think the booth that is gonna stand out will need to step it up a notch besides just having rock band or such.

Obviously you want something that attracts attention. The highlight of HC 08 was the Nerf guns IMO. Everyone has squeezy balls, they really don't cut it.

Nerf rockets

Just attended an exhibition where one booth gave away nerf rockets (with rubber bands attached) that you could slingshot around the hall. The whole place was full of nerf rockets with their brand name.

Yes, there definitely has to be something more interesting than video games and nerf guns.

someone was doing those at vmworld, they were prety neat. My 3 year old son loves the one I brought home

How much "stuff" should we look at bringing? The prospectus says there will be 2500 projected attendees but i'm left speculating how accurate this is..

I'd say that's accurate. Exhibit hall is the biggest attraction.
