Did they really delete my account prematurely

It would seem that my webhost (not sure if I'm allowed to name it, but won't take too much guessing - if you look back at my last posts) has prematurely deleted my account - this is too bad and shouldn't be allowed to happen!
If I am allowed I would like to name and shame the company as a warning to others - not to go near them.
Also - they didn't leave chance for the domain transfers to go through- therefor if I am correct, they have technically stolen my domain names?
Is there any way that I can find out what is going on?

Sure, you can say who they are/were.
But more details would help explain your position.

The company name would most definitely be helpful and some more information about the actual incident too. The other thing that comes to mind is some TOS's give the company the right to terminate the account without notice, usually most have these but its only if your redistributing illegal material, like games. The only case I have ever seen it applied first person was for a child pornography site.
Were you doing anything you shoulden't have been doing?
