That really depends on the server you have, and how many master resellers you create.
But in general, no, it shouldn't make any extra load on your server.

I dont know why he couldn't link to it, but http://deasoft.com/software.php is what you're looking for.
People use it with mixed results. It works for some, doesn't work for others. Support is usually slow too.
