We will do full monitoring of the server, with notifications going to you and our support staff however we will only restart a service if you request we do so via our ticket system.. We will do security patches upgrades and kernel updates upon request. We will not do 3rd party software trouble shooting or installs. We will leave customer level troubleshooting up to you. We will how ever give advise.Monitoring - ping and services - we will ping monitor your server for you and notify you by email if a service fails.
Initial server set up and security hardening including firewall install and set up, disabling unneeded services and installing patches to latest software.
Hardware replacement - we will replace hardware at our expense.
Hack recovery and dissection - if your server is hacked we will help you figure out why by going through logs and directories so we can secure it for future use.
Services configuration help - our techs will help you initially configure and answer questions on services configuration including cPanel - DNS, email etc.
Services restart - if you lose a service - we will restart it at your request if you do not have access.
Server troubleshooting - server not performing well - we will help you trouble shoot it and make recommendations for performance improvements based on our observations.
cPanel support - if you buy cPanel from us - we will support you on it.
OS patch and security updates - we will update your system using at your request up to once a month at no charge.
