If you paid using PayPal, you can file a dispute against the buyer. If you used a credit card, you can file a chargeback.

    Thanks for your replies.
I paid them using AlertPay, and of course, I used my credit card.
And I have send email to AlertPay and told them about this, but I don't recieve any good news now.
So I think maybe I can complain to the government organizations in U.S. But I don't know where could I complain to.

Call your credit card company and file a chargeback. No goverment agencies to complain to.
    What was the web host?

Would you mind telling us what company you purchased this hosting from?

Best option is to file a chargeback with your credit card company. Also, it will be very helpful if you can share the name of the hosting company so that others can be saved from this.
On a side note, which means did you used to contact your hosting provider? If it was through email, you can check if their replies are not caught by your spam engine.

Thanks, I will contact my credit card company today !!
    That are two stories.
The reseller hosting is Acegx.com, I paid them about $114 usd.
But looks like they have closed their hosting business.
And nobody reply me now,I think I could not get my money back...
    The second story is Qualitytrafficsupply.com.
They told me they can sent me +25000 visitors for paying $90 usd.
I have paid them the money, and they just give me a login ID.
When I login, there is a counter in the member area, show me that they send me +500 visitors per day.
That's a big joke, I have only less than 100 visitors on my Google Analytics report.
And all the visitors were come from my Google Adwords.
Maybe Acegx is not a cheater, but I think Qualitytrafficsupply.com is a cheater.

If I were you, I would get a reseller account from a solid and reputable service provider and just move on.
I doubt anyone will be interested if you only lost 90 USD - they have much bigger scam dealings to deal with. Take this as a lesson, look up reviews and go with a reputable host that doesn't offer anything that is too good to be true.
    Good luck!

Google takes up to 24 hours to update, and they DON'T record EVERY visitor. I have over 400 uniques a week, and Google only tracks about 30 of them. If you have cPanel etc, check AWstats, that has a REAL number.

I don't think AlertPay offers a good disputing program. I would just go to your credit card company and file a chargeback. In most cases with chargebacks, you, the buyer, will most likely win the case.
