any others out there like vitatity?
I heard there was one that did flat rate unlimited calls for around 35/mo...anyone know them
also, if they have some ready made web apps would be ideal.

Been using them for years, they are a perfect fit for me. You would have to spend a ton of time on the phone to spend $35 mo at vitality.

You could look at callcentric.com and callwithus.com. I've used both for DIDs and termination and both have been good.

We have used Voicepulse, Broadvoice, Bandwidth.com, and 888voipstore.
It all depends on where we need DID's
If you need failover don't use Bandwidth.com. Voicepulse started failover last month, and the 888voipstore SIP trunking also offers failover and a good choice of DID's

once i can actually find a web programmer who can do more than simple html, but actually some minor DB work....I will be doing OUTBOUND only...no DID needed i don't believe

Vitelity is probably going to be one of the better cheap providers out there. Others that I've had success with are:
Junction Networks / OnSIP
Bandwidth.com (a bit expensive)

My friend you need to consider how many simultaneous calls you need to make most of “UNLIMITED” providers will not let you to make more than 2 simultaneous calls.
