rootkit hunter ???

hello.
how i can install rootkit hunter on centOs ?
and is it different with CHKROOTKIT ?

tar -zxvf rkhunter-1.2.7.tar.gz
cd rkhunter-1.2.7
./installer.sh
Now you can run a test scan with the following command:
/usr/local/bin/rkhunter -c

Check the rkhunter site, or search the web for each warning. They are usually not anything to worry about. Just make a note of what warnings you get when everything is ok, that way you will know when something new comes up.

i have check all of my filesh and folders with it and some of theme are Warning.
i want to know that are they dangerous ? and how should i solve them?
