Hi, about a month ago I signed up with this place to host my service (reseller) and since I signed up I have been completely unable to contact the provider. His 'help system' appears to not work (unable to register, and, haha, registration is required to submit a ticket) and I've e-mailed his contact e-mail, but no response to that either.
The service is ok-ish apart from two (semi-small) issues. Naturally, as this is the only host I have, I'd like to contact him about the service.
I was wondering if any of you have had any epxerience with this host? I searched the forum and came up with no results before I decided to post this.

The domain of your host is pretty new. But then again there may be nothing wrong with that. Looks like there gone for a celebration or some sort as per their main web page. Am sure you will be attended to after their celebration. :-)

May I ask you how did you found them? They seem to be very new to this hosting business.

i actually found a thread by the owner on a hosting forum, i thought it was this one, but i might be mistaken (since i couldnt find any related threads here) :-s

Well some progress has been made... someone has told me they have talked with the owner... so I hope I should hear something soon.
In case anyone thinks about it, I would seriously advise not to choose this company.

Is it mean "You got no problem"?
As long as it's ok, i think no matter you continue.
But, better advise is: You must know who the owner / the company you use the service, anytime you have a problem.

no, it means i have two problems i meant they were not the most serious problems, i can still host web pages etc, but i am unable to do certain things i need to because of settings etc,
and yeah, i was foolish to go with this place
