Offer Groupware solution to customer

Hi
We are searching a good groupware solution which we can offer to our customers. It should contain calendar and addressbook sharing and if possible a mobilphone/pda synchronisation over the air.
I would like, if they can access their existing mail account which they have already with us. We use cpanel.
So far, I found only open-exchange can do this. All the others like Zimbra and Scalix have a own, built in mailserver.
Are there any other solutions then open-exchange, or is open-exchange a good solution?
I hope someone have more information to share.
Michael

I wonder if anyone is using all the tools from Horde (besides the classic Horde webmail that is bundled with Cpanel or other cp).
They have tons of features besides the normal (helpdesk, frontend for cvs, time-tracking etc.).http://www.horde.org/projects.php

egroupware is more for project management. But I'm looking more for an MS Exchange replacment for sharing calendar and contacts.

Egroupware has a project management module, that is true but it is only one of the dozens of modules built into it. It has calendar and email features. It can sync with Outlook, etc. It is not a full exchange replacement but it is powerful and free.
