Free hosting Control Panel ?

Hi there ,
I want to provide PHP hosting only ( without database / email /... ) .
I want to limit user for using storage and bandwidth only .
Which control panel or method do you recommend ?

What type of operating system are you currently using? Linux or windows based?

You can restrict features with any control panel and by modifying core files (apache configuration, php configuration etc), however, LXAdmin is probably going to be your best bet if you're looking for a free solution.

ISPConfig, LXAdmin, Webmin
I personally recommend Webmin - though its a little less friendly than the other control panels and will require you to do some of the dirty work.

It's been quite a while so I'm not sure of it's quality now but about 4 years ago I used webmin and usermin in combination and that worked out quite well for a scenario similar to yours.

Have you considered setting up your own filemanager? If you're only allowing php and no databases etc, you could just allow them to be uploaded and not bother installing mysql etc?
