Safe serrver for hosting mp3/movies site

Hey Everyone,
I got a client looking for a server hosting mp3 and movies most of them are mp3 songs.
Servers in USA are strict and you cannot host them, can u suggest some reliable hosts maybe in europe with ease of restriction and good/quality support?
Apart from LEASEWEB as their support is dead, please suggest some..

If you are going to host files, no host will allow you.

No one is going to explicitly allow you to host that kind of stuff so it is pointless to ask. Most though aren't going to actively monitor for that kind of stuff unless you blatantly do it.

as i said its not "me" but a "CLIENT" looking for it.
it'll be mostly "mp3 songs" and i can see 100's of sites like that out there... i can whois and look at who is hosting them but as i said i'm looking for a "reliable host"
