    How long should I wait?

    I signed up for a reseller account at microreseller.com on Saturday. My account still isn't setup, and I haven't heard back from them. Is four days too long to wait to have an account setup? How much longer should I wait to hear from them?

    Also, is there anywhere else that has reseller plans similar to them?

    Lets see, sat(1) sun(2) mon(3) tues(4) Well, if it was sat at 11:59 pm, and now it is tuesday 9:00 am, it has only been about 57 hours so . . . . Yes. 57 hours is at least 23 hours too long for even a reseller account.

    If you want plan information, (hosts are not allowed to discuss that here) you will have to go to the special offers forums, and read, or make a request in the request forums and watch hosts fall all over themselves for your business.

    You should get your account details in a matter of hours. Waiting 4 days means they're waiting on a new server or IP addresses.

    Have you contacted them asking for your account details or when the account will be ready?
