I don't see anything wrong with your site, AUP wise. There is nothing to imply illegal activity. Sure, most people will use it to search for DMCA infringements, but nothing on your site is encouraging or making people do that.

I am strongly agreed with this reply.
You will have to pay too big extras if you want your server rebooted or reinstalled in 24 hours and 10-15 minutes.
Otherwise it's taking 3-6 days for a simple OS reload and 2-3 hours for a reboot especially it's weekend, say goodbye to your sites until weekdays

working with 2 servers .Network is stable , this is most important think . We dont have any issue with them about 1 years.
