    [UK] - PoundHost And My Money

    before order,I ask poundhost's sale,
    he said can provide 64 and 128 IPs,
    so,I create a order at 2008-10-11,
    10-15 server ready,
    I ask them,but in this time,
    they said only provide 10 IPs,max 16IP.
    I used it for vpn applications,no have enough IPs,can't do it.
    so poundhost said can cancel the server.
    I never use this server,but poundhost still no refundment,
    I send mail to them,no any responses,
    ......
    any one have same experience?

    They probably said they can provide 128 IP's with justification. VPN is not justification. Per their website they say the will provide upto 16 IP's and their TOS statehttp://www.poundhost.com/tos/

    I ask sale,to do vpn,he said no problem,and can charge 149 to apply 128IPs.
    then I create order.
    and he said now can't provide 128IPs, only 16IPs,you can cancel this server,and refundment,
    poundhost known I do vpn,and agree to process order,
    then when charged, tell me can't provide 128IPs, they never do 128IPs,only max 16.
    also,he ask me to cancel,but still no refundment
    I think it like cheat.

    my friends do vpn from poundhost use 92.48.*,and use more than 64 IPs.
    have other friend use 210.* (BlueSquare)
    so,Of that I m sure.
    not about "AUP"

    I would also say phoning is your best bet. Make sure you have all the details ready when you phone up, such as Ticket numbers.

    Do you have logs where he said that is allowed? It seems that you have been talking with different sales managers and have such situation tight now.

    Hello,
    I believe Carrie from our billing department has already explained this, with refunds there is a 6-8 day delay before you will see the funds within your account. The refund was sent on Friday, please be aware that period is based on Business days.
