Apache is running, Site is down

All my sites, Cpanel and WHM are down, yet httpd is up and running. Any idea as to how I should go about troubleshooting this issue?

Login to the server as root and force a cPanel update using /scripts/upcp
Usually forcing such an update will get cPanel and WHM back on their feet. Try restarting apache and see if it throws up any error messages to work off of. Be sure to check out all of the logs and see if they show any clues.
Another thought, is it possible that named has failed and your domains are simply not resolving causing httpd to appear offline?

It's being performed as I type.

I ran /scripts/upcp and rebooted the server, it did not really help.
My Apache log is reporting the following:
PHP Code:

[Mon Oct 27 22:36:20 2008] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down[Mon Oct 27 22:38:37 2008] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec)[Mon Oct 27 22:38:37 2008] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/local/apache/bin/suexec)[Mon Oct 27 22:38:38 2008] [notice] Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5 configured -- resuming normal operations

Can't even ping your nameservers, I don't think it is a cPanel issue I believe it is an issue more with your DNS server or settings in your Registrar.

No, I can ping my IPs.
As I said, my IPs are also returning a page error. My domains were working fine before MySQL crashed ... After we fixed MySQL and rebooted the server, our sites have gone offline.

ns1.lubnan.us is one of your nameservers (per a whois lookup) ... the ping times out. Your nameserver doesn't seem to be set to an IP on any server.

TheHosted,
I don't think it's a nameserver misconfigured. Otherwise, pointing to http://198.87.2.24 which is my shared IP, would return the Cpanel default/parking page.

I cant even ping that IP.. do you have a firewall enabled? if so, try disabling it to see if they load. What datacenter do you use?

I am not sure if I have a firewall. How do I check?
