You should be able to reinstall mysql by running the software update.
or run
/scripts/upcp

i just try to use /scripts/upcp, but still got error when i view my page.

You sure that its a mysql issue or possibly a coding error on your functions.php page?

that's not coding error, because it's wordpress code, i downloaded it from wordpress.

This looks like a coding error.
Anyway, you can run "/scripts/mysqlup --force" to reinstall mysql.
