You may want to consider replacing all of your Wordpress core files just in case they got modified.

I think this is a virus (java script) effect ! .
Just open the file "/home/adpa/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php ", go to the line (1313) , and see whats wrong there ! maybe you find the virus code there !
