so I am going to host an anime site, but all hosts deny anime media to be hosted on their servers. So does anyone know a hosting that does allow anime media on their servers?
If not then can anyone tell me a good warez hosting?

Anime is animation.

If you need a site which allow people to download anime. it is more suitable on dedicated/vps as it wont effect other people or fear of account being terminated.

I am not so sure about this.
Some host will suspend if they receive complains/slow down server.

I know what Anime is. Anime is defined as Japanese cartoons.
Some anime are licenced and are not royalty free so would not be able to be hosted on a webhost's servers. If the series is royalty free or you are able to pay for the royalty's through your site then you will be able to host your site with a hosting company.
You will need to read the fine print to ensure this is ok with your webhost.
If you are unsure you should contact and discuss this with them.
I would definitely recommend a VPS/Dedicated Hosting Solution if you are going to be hosting the anime on your site for download otherwise a shared hosting solution should be ok to start off with for your site.
Also ensure that the webhost you host with if it is all legal that they allow non-english content to be hosted.
Japanese anime is great to watch.
