A small web hosting company is looking for a customer care representative.
Shift hours: 22:00-6:00 EST, Monday-Friday
Pay: $400-600/month, based on qualifications
Start date: November 1, 2008
- respond to billing, sales, other queries through a helpdesk
- help customers with domain transfers, account upgrades, password resets
- perform random tasks as assigned by management
- fluent English
- some experience with customer care
- familiarity with Kayako, WHMCS, CPanel, eNom interface
- located in Asia (so you could work during the day)
- Linux server management skills
- speaking Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian
This is a basic customer care position. You will work in a team of 3 people, and together with them will cover the 24/7 customer care hours (except weekends). There are opportunities for career growth, as well as compensation raises, depending on your skills and involvement.
