I am looking to selling my small web hosting company. The company has approx 90-95 customers.
We offer web hosting, reseller hosting and master reseller hosting.
Packages range from $3.00 - $39.00/mo.
We recieve approx 1-2 tickets per day.
Monthly: $881.34 (79)
Quarterly: $98.78 (5)
Semi-Annually: $55.00 (1)
Annually: $670.60 (38)
Biennially: $0.00 (0)
Est. Annual Income: $11751.80
(Domains Counted Annually)
We have 33 domains registered through us.
I am selling the company due to lack of time. I work fulltime at my primary job and just cant keep up with this. Im also getting married and would like to spend more time with my family. This would also help finance the wedding. I really want this company to go to someone that will take care of the customers. I provide good support and I want the person that gets the company to provide good support.
This sale is for the clients ONLY. Not the company name or website. I do web design also. I may also want to create a working relationship with the purchaser to have my future web design customers host with the purchaser.
I am up for offers. You can contact me via pm or email: hostingcompany4sale1008@gmail.com
Thanks.

If you are selling:
1. If you have a reserve, start the bidding at your reserved price.
2. Clearly post an end date and time expressed in GMT.
3. State accepted payment methods.
4. If an auction is not exclusive to WHT, you must display the URL(s) within the thread.
5. End the auction at the end date and time you stated. Or when the "Buy It Now" price is reached, if you listed one.
6. Transfer ownership to the winner.
What does the space usage and bandwidth of your clients look like? What kind of packages are they on?

Since this is an auction I'll get it started at $100.
This offer and any others from me are conditional on the extra info I have requested via pm. So I reserve the right to withdraw the offer once I have seen it, but I'll also post to confirm that I'm happy. I know this is unusual but with no real information its neccesary.

You need to make all the details public as your not allowed to receive pm's. How can anyone bid without information such as the plans and the spread of the customer types and payment terms ?

Hi,
I am sure someone will keep this thread up to date with BID's if they are PM'd.
I have a question for the seller,
Would you sell clients seperatly?
Thank you.
Kind regards,

Our rules state that auctions must have public bidding, not via PM or email. To remain within our rules and conduct this auction here, only the visibly placed bids count.
$9,000 is the currently active high bid, according to the rules.

you're using WHMCS ? which version ? owned or rented ?
We have 33 domains registered through us.
which registrar ? how much did you charge for registrations ?
This sale is for the clients ONLY. Not the company name or website.
Are the domains/servers/clents using nameservers based on the company domain ?
How determined are you to hang onto that ?
