Hello WHT!
I currently run a large internet movie database / download link provider / high traffic website. The database is quite large and is queried many times per second. Traffic is stable at 100K / mo right now (uniques) and the result of a recent connection will mean that the site is getting much bigger (need room to move for traffic up to 20-30 times what it is right now).
I know my reseller account is not gonna cut it.
I am looking for a semi-managed option (I've owned servers before) and for the provider to also transfer all of my files to the new server (it is a complex website and I don't want to mess it up myself).
These things would be required:
- super fast accelerated PHP
- super fast accelerated mySQL (for high query volume)
- 100% uptime
- reliable host, friendly support, fast setup
- good connection speed (page loads should be high above average)
- bandwidth: 1000GB + /mo
Things that I would prefer:
- PayPal accepted / monthly payments
- recommended host from this forum
If anyone has experience with companies or has any recommendations, please let me know!
