Their main site is up for me. It seems there is no thread regarding this in the network outages section. Try to contact them directly. Can't you access even their main site? Have you tried to contact them via phone? How long the have been down?

This is the wrong forum for this type of post. As for HP, it's up for me.

Their site is up from here as well. Since it is up now, you should contact them asap. I also advise you to get the latest backup of your site from them if possible.
Btw, is your site hosted on the same server as their main site?

The server has been down for a number of hours now, luckily I backed up my data yesterday.
I sent an email as their support desk wasn't working, have yet to receive a response. You would have thought their main site would be hosted in a different DC, very bad business practice especially as a "host".

Anyone knows what is going on with hostingpuppy.com? They host my site and its been down since yesterday. Their site is also off line so I can't ask them directly.
I've been with them for about 18 months but can’t remember them being off line for this long.

Thanks citricsquid, I did do a search but didn't find the posts. I hope my site comes back on line so I can get a backup done.

Bill, Just to clarify, the TCH DC was not the issue here (are you ever?!). The server mentioned in this post was out of memory. After reading this post we decided to step in and issue the reboot to try to assist HP and their customers. We have also notified HP of the situation.
If it helps, this server's monitoring page can be found at http://www.siteuptime.com/prem_statistics.php?Id=6675&UserId=66328.
In the meantime, for server outages or other TECHNICAL issues (emphasis on TECHNICAL) and where customers are unsuccessful in reaching HP staff, we have opened a support department temporarily. Please e-mail hpsupport@lostinspacehosting.com and we will attempt to assist where possible.
