Better with a dual-core cpu, 2GB of mem, 250G+ of disk, 1000G + of transfer and the last thing, with Cpanel or something like that.
Is it a difficult?
If not, plz reply with the prize and test file download url.
Wonderful if you would introduce your company and servers.
THX in advance.

Just for the record, hosting companies can't give you quotes here. Instead, check out the "offer" section.

Companies aren't allowed to make offers.
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/rules.php
You may not publish or discuss any information regarding your product or services, or future (possible) products or services, or any product or services you are, or have been, associated with. This includes, but not limited to suggesting your own services, or services of partners, clients, employers or friends. The Advertising Forums are for advertising.
There are companies that are able to offer you a setup like this for your fairly low budget (cPanel). Take a look here: Dedicated Hosting Offers (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36), but don't forget to do a search for the companies that you find. There are quiet a few reputable providers in that price range, but also enough with plenty of complains about support etc.
Good luck .

I did do some research, and there are too much of them.
Wonder if anyone would recommend me some?

As others have mentioned, check the dedicated offers forums here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36
There are several offers that appear as though they might meet your specific needs. Good luck!

You need to check out on the offer section. Getting something in your request will not be a problem

Have you checked out ServerBeach? Their servers are pretty well priced but unmanaged. You might also want to check The Planet. They are running some servers on clearance. https://www.theplanet.com/servers/outlet.aspx
All the best,

I think you can find something around $100 but don't expect this to be a powerful macchine. YOu can find a low end Core 2 Duo, but you have to be prepared to increase your budget to around $100 - $120.
