berry05,
There are many factors that could help find a good ISP. Most ISP's limit your bandwidth speed depending on what plan usually and will warn you about excessive use. Just wanted to make sure you know that.
What location are you in? Not all ISP's are everywhere... unless you use dialup but that's way out of the picture.
What's your price range?
What speed where you looking for? Upstream? Downstream?
Use? You might have to check if your usage is allowed by the ISP. I have a feeling that you aren't going to be using this for just normal web browsing?

Most ISP's don't allow that on a normal home connection. Whomever you choose, make sure you know their policies on that.

I have a number of servers, and they are all located in various datacenters which are designed for redundant power, very fast (and multiple) connections to the net and so on. I use RoadRunner for an ISP, and their terms strictly forbid hosting a webserver on the connection.

Verizon, they have like 30D/30U, if I recall correctly. I use them, and they are quite reliable.
Texas, USA
P.S. In order to host websites(Port 80), you have to pay them I think $80 a month for a business account. Its impossible to unblock it

$80 a month. Pretty much at their prices, your better off getting a dedicated server.

Should probably mention, FIOS isn't available everywhere. Nowhere near us, unfortunately.
