I personally don't know of any hosts that accepts webmoney. I've never heard of that payment gateway. You might want to do a search around the forums at www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php or do a Google search.

Doing the WHT search as mentioned by GCM IT above will result in some offers. Once you get some names from that, do a search on those hosts and see what others think about them.
