A quick Google search showed this: http://www.webhostgear.com/80.html

Follow the directions under Advanced since you're only getting the problem for one user.

Might be the problem be incorrect quota for that particular user. Please follow the following steps
• quota -u username this will show the quota for a particular user
• repquota -a it will show the quota for the whole disk
• if the quota is incorrect go to /home directory and see the quota.user and quota.group file.
• rename both the files
• type in the command quotaoff -a
• quotaon -a
• to create the quota file use quotacheck -cmug /home
• Then again try quotaoff and quotaon.
• For setting up the quota for a particular user type the command at the command line edquota username

Please let me know if this works

In order to tell you if you can run /script/fixquota for one user, we would have to know what is in the script. Do you have a location or URL where we can take a look at the script?

As well, if the script is not compiled, so that you can look into it, there should be a usage section, that will tell you which flags can be used with the script and for what purpose.

You may be able to run the script with a -h and have usage dumped too.
