You need to enable SPF and DomainKeys for hotmail and yahoo respectively so that the emails go to the inbox istead of junk/bulk folder.

If you have the latest stable build of Cpanel, you can set it for individual domains by logging into their respective cpanel and enabling domainkeys under Email Authentication. You can also visit http://www.cpanelconfig.com/cpanel-a...cpanel-server/ to get it done on the entire cpanel server.

There is also a simple method.

ls /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ | grep spf

Then /usr/local/cpanel/bin/spf-installer username

Also, please check that the RDNS has been set properly for your server. Sometimes, that may cause the issue.

Visit http://www.cpanelconfig.com. They have mentioned about the SPF as well. For domainkeys, refer to the URL I have given you. They have mentioned for all the hosted domains.

You can also write a bash script to set that SPF record. Please let here know, if you want it also.

Apart from SPF and Domainkeys, make sure that 'X-Originating IP' header is included in your outgoing emails.

X-Originating IP indicates the IP address of the computer on which the email originated.
