Ok, I can get the rest of the <li> </li> to work wonders, but the circle remains huge, how do I make it a bit smaller?

Must I use an image for that?

You can use an image, you can change the image, or you can remove it completely.

Change/Remove : CSS | list-style: none;
None is remove. There is an assortment of other options which you can choose. You can see them at http://www.w3schools.com/CSS/pr_list-style-type.asp
